I just felt a really sharp pain in my foot and now my entire leg is numb. I cant feel it from the waist down.

Herniated disc? Arterial occlusion? I dunno - Go to the ER and get scanned. If you have "hard" neurologic signs like inability to feel touch or pinprick, then you may have a real problem that may be time-sensitive (in other words get worse or become irreversible if nothing is done about it quickly)
