If you qualify for USAA (vet or dependent of a vet) it's a really great financial institution.  Everything from banking, credit cards, auto loans, insurance, etc.  Very good rates and service.

I have two Chase cards, one Visa the other Master Card. The Visa has a better rate than the Master Card, but they are both pretty good.

Don't you get dozens of offers for cards in the mail every month?

USAA credit card account and service has been very good over the years (much better than their insurance division).

Try things like www.bankrate.com to see what your other options are.

whoever will give you a gold or platinum with no annual fee,  had MBNA for years and they started an annual fee and I told them to cancel it and they did.
