Under Terry v. Ohio, identify the Constitutional issues supporting an investigatory stop.

Illegal search and seizure?

A "investigatory stop" could be taken as a illegal search. Fishing for info. looking for warrants with no real reason to stop the person/people.

That is my take anyway.

4th:

The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.

no, they want the issues that "support" the illegal stop....therefore you must read into the "living document" and distort the original meaning and intent of the Constitution....
