Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Need help from MS Word guru

I have a ton of Word docs that have hyperlinks embeded throughout the text. I need to convert the URLs in the hyperlinks into visable text all in parentheses with a hyphen between text and URL. (see example below) I'm using MS Word 2000. I need some type of macro/vb script to do this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
