POS hit and run driver killed a USNA grad, OIF vet, USMC officer.  I hope he saved the 30 seconds he was looking for by running the guy down.  Hope he spends 50 years in jail.  Cyclist was riding on a designated bicycle route in San Diego with helmet, lights, and reflectors.
