As an alternative, consider Thailand. I spend 6 months of each year there playing golf and I can assure you it is better than Nevada. Roundtrip ticket to Bangkok, about $700 Taxi to Pattaya (1.5 hours), about $30 Hotel per night in Pattaya, about $20 Food per day, about $10 Girls - priceless (or about $15 shortime, $35 all night) Price for a 2 week "unforgetable" vacation in Thailand, about $1500. To each his own. There is a major attitude difference that would preclude me ever visiting a Nevada brothel. Just not going to happen. American women have lost sight of some important distinctions between the sexes IMO. This is a generalization and does not apply to all. The girls in Thailand are typically more upbeat and friendly. On average, they are slender, attractive (by our standards), young (18-25). They want to go out disco, drinking, a movie, or to your room. The difference is using a whore, and renting a girlfriend. It is more like a date than hiring a pro. I can not explain it. My bet is, one trip and you will be returning for life. However, you will never know until you try. I'm guessing the cost in Nevada can run upwards of $200 an hour. It doesn't take more than a long weekend to blow (no pun intended) $1000 there. For a bit more you can experience something so different as to amaze you. Again, descriptions and pictures will not suffice to explain the experience. To each his own. Alas, too many of us (Americans) will never make a trip outside our borders to see what the rest of the world has to offer. The only negative to Thailand, IMO, is the length of the flight. It does take a while to get there. James |

Geez! You guys really need to get out more. Hmmm, on second thought, maybe not.
$200/hr??? Yeah, that's just to talk to them. They take C.C. btw. The Chicken Ranch. Been there, done that, not impressed. The experience, besides being comparatively expensive, was so damn impersonal as to be unenjoyable. The need for safety is paramount but criminy, they'd dunk you in a vat of disinfectant if they could. Don't care for Oriental women? No problem. Try Montreal. Besides the exchange rate being in your favor, their attitudes are highly favorable. A consultant I used to work with makes bi-annual visits to Amsterdam. He described it as Baskin Robbins for men. ---- Jimmybcool, Pattaya is certainly a hotspot but Phuket is a little more low key and cleaner. How often are you there? The fact that you know the current airfare suggests frequent visits ($700 is damn cheap, isn't it?). |

Amsterdam's red light district is like a shopping mall of prostitutes. They hang out in their little booths with a bed and bathroom and shower in the back, and potential customers/gawkers just stroll by until they find a girl they like, costs about $50.
I was amazed by how beautiful some of them were. I've never been to a brothel in my town, and the streetwalkers who loiter outside porn stores are real slags here. |

I was born and raised in Reno. My best friends uncle was the gate guard(over the Truckee River)at the Mustang Ranch when we were in high school. My mom worked for a body shop in Sparks that repaired Joe Confortes Lincoln after an attempt on his life by some guys with subguns.

Well.... YEAH!! I want a place that holds safety at the most importance! You know you dont have anything, but what about everyone else?!?! And yeah Thi they have no hooker reg. in place. AIDS is a plauge there. I have heard about how the hookers there treat you. You really do rent a girlfriend. I heard from one guy as he was leaving the airport she was crying. Sure may be an act, but kinda neat tht she's not just meat to screw, you two go shopping, clubs, dinner, everything. But I just wanna have some fun in Nevada. I wanna shoot full auto firearms and screw blondes. (actually I prefer short hair red heads, but blond aint bad either.) I'd be such easy money for a brothel too... I'm clean, not into any weird shit, I am not rough at all, and as long as it's been since my last time... it would be over in a heart beat, lol I wonder if they will charge you for the time you pass out on top of her... teehehehe |

Yeah, been to Phuket a few times too. I take 3 visits of 2 months a year to Thailand. Phuket is a lot more expensive. And I am a golf junkie. More golf courses in Pattaya area. But if money is no object Phuket is hard to beat. And the Blue Canyon course is dynomite. The flight fares are very cheap. My last trip (returned Monday after two months) was $880 round trip - on EVA in their Evergreen class (between coach and bsuiness). Silly cheap. Troy, I've read a gun in the house makes you 43 times more likely.... You get the point. There is a lot of BS going around on a lot of subjects. Anyone believing 80% is an accurate number probably wears tinfoil hats to prevent satellite radiation from frying their brain. The fact is, you are more likely to get aids as a homosexual in America, than as a heterosexual with female pros in Thailand. And, I would never suggest that one should go unprotected in life. Other than aids there are a lot of things that you CAN catch. No, Aids is not a real threat to heterosexual men that use protection. The real danger there is on the roads. Do NOT rent a car. There is no way an American can be prepared for how the Thais drive. Be very careful walking the streets (traffic - not muggings), and do your best to take only taxis with seatbelts to/from Bangkok. |
