This was posted before and no one really could figure out who's words these were. Some said Ted Nugent others said George Carlin.

I believe neither has taken credit for it, Carlin even posted on his web site that he didn't perform or write that speech.

George Carlin has posted on his web site that he did not write it.  It was published in Ted Nugent's newsletter once.  I'm not sure if Ted took credit or not.  It's also passed around e-mail circles every now and then.  It's been sent to me many times.  It's been around at least a year.  I think people add to it and subtract from it before sending it along too, so I've seen many different versions.
