I haven't  had a new bike in 5 years, so I sold my old frame and put evertthing on this one.  More stuff to buy next spring.

A buddy of mine, who is a triathlete, rides a Kestrel too.  Those are awesome bikes - but too expensive for me.  (Heck - my Bianchi is almost too expensive for me, but I got it on sale.)

Yours is beautiful!  Love the color.

(Coincidentally, I am posting while sweating - because I JUST got in the door from a bike ride, and decided to surf arfcom a little before showering.)

I'll assume that those seats aren't designed primarily for comfort.

It depends. I've got a add-on seat for my bike. It's light-years beyond the seats that come with the bike. It's got gel padding, plus I wear padded shorts. Makes those 20-25 mile rides alot more bearable. I actually find that seat more comfortable than the ones that come with the bike...you know, the ones designed for "larger people", have zero padding, and don't fit my ass well.

I wish I could justify the expense of one of those fancy light-weight bikes...maybe someday.
