This is for all intended purposes this is military and weapons web site. Most people who frequent this site are police, soldiers, marines specops contractors or extreamly knowledgeable weapon experts. The people who frequent here have more knowledge about weapons and tactics than most humans will ever know. Some of the shit we know would scare the living fuck out of most humans. Most of my topics have tried to bring some of this knowledge out of you guys so I could see what is the general consensus about differerent history military and weapons topics. This board is great for shit like my topics. Arnt my topics as least as exciting as people who parade there pics of their kids or pets. They must be I get a lot of replys and a whole lot of great information. The people who frequent here know information few humans have

You're kidding right? How many of those were to your senators?

Well then in that case I have nothing negative to say. I've never seen anything irritating with your posts, unless you start praising airsoft, then we will revoke your 1st amendment right.

That is flat out Sgatr15 |

I'll agree, most people here are just firearm owners looking for sanity in a liberal world of idiots. |

Well yeah.. But you said this: \

Sanity? Here? Hell, I come here to escape sanity. |

Because you're making these idiotic comparisons like some five year old arguing over which superhero is better; not to mention a good portion of this board are just civilians with an interest in guns. There are operators here; in time you'll figure out whose opinions are worth something. But this board is primarily for gun enthusiasts to come here to shoot the shit and talk shop.
If you want to talk to real operators feel free to head over to lightfighter.net or socnetcentral.com and ask your questions over there. |

I learned by reading and listening (and figuring out who to listen to) before opening my mouth. For good reason, because those first questions I would have asked would have been ignorant and silly like yours. Unfortunately, most of the replies to your topics have been joining in the pissing match instead of pointing out the problems with your questions. Better? Better at what? for what mission? Those were way too vague questions that you asked about infantry. Nothing operates in a vacuum: every nation and service's (well, if they know what they're doing) units are trained and equipped precisely to work in concert with supporting and adjacent forces. Nobody in a modern first-world army fights alone. To take a unit or their equipment out of their context (especially on a broad scale like "infantry" - what sort? mechanized? light? medium? assault?) and compare them on general terms (better for what?) is foolishness. |

I agree. Most are non-vet (of any "military like" org.) keyboard commandos. |

I just think you need to write better. I almost understood what you were typing.

Chill, my criticism is of the questions you're asking, not you personally. Don't take everything (or anything) here personally.
Stuff like that rubs me the wrong way because it sounds like yet another airsoft poser coming here and asking "SEALs vs Delta, who would win?" or something like that. Infantry guys don't need to know much about their weapons. It's not like they, at the platoon level, have much choice over them anyway. They need to know capabilities, operation, and maintenance. There are a million things more important to them and to their mission than what gun they're holding. |
