Is there a good website to do background checks?   What is best way to go about doing a general/criminal background check on somebody.    The last couple of guys my shop has hired have ended up being real turds that lied in thier interview to get the job.    My boss has put me in charge of hiring and firing and I've been instucted to look into how to do background checks.  I'm clueless as to where to start.

You will agree that just the info for the free side is scary.. It includes old address and telephone numbers.

It sometimes includes names that are not being asked for. The only link to those names are the address. These names could be kids, spouse, or other family members.

OMG I don't exsist according to Zaba!  Is that a good thing??
