Lovely weather, beautiful scenery.
I can get to a FOB (Camp Fallujah) only once a week, if I'm lucky. Otherwise, I live and operate IN the city itself. I own about a square mile. Hooray! It's great. I'll try to post pics in a week or so. |
Great to hear from you!
Kick ass over there! ... and come back safe, and with all your men. |
"My men" are all Iraqis. Trust me, you don't want me to bring any of them back to the States. Actually, they're great warriors. They just have a few bad habits that wouldn't work weel in our culture. |
Great to hear from you...God Bless you and all your fellow soldiers. Wish I was there with you.
May Our God be with you, Cincinnatus!
May He continue to Bless you and Our Troops. May He bring y'all all home safe and sound! Eric The(MayHeHardenHisEarsToThePrayersOfOurEnemies)Hun |

If you need anything, post it here and we will do our level best to see that you get it.
Be careful over there, Cincinnatus.
I appreciate your service more than you could ever know. I will remember to pray for you. |
Be safe man. Are you a Marine or Soldier?
Regardless God Bless and be safe. Max |
Like others have said, stay safe, we appreciate it (some of us really do 'get' that what you're doing over there keeps us from doing it over here), you're in our prayers, and if you need anything - anything at all - let us know.
Good to hear that you are well. Be safe.
Thanks for your service and careful where you step in the shower. |
They're ALL Soldiers. Some of them are Marines, some are Army, some are AF and some are Navy/CG. And be safe Cinci. I'll be joining ya, except in Baghdad in 4mos. |
Let us know if you need anything (I still owe someone oever there a care package). Since you own a square mile of Falluja any chance you can open a McDonalds or better yet a KFC? GunLvr |
Care to elloborate? We always like stories from the sandbox. Thanks for your service and stay safe |
Be safe, Cin...watch your back too. Heard stories about the insurgents infiltrating moles into the Iraqi armed forces, so watch your friends just as carefully as your enemies.
Long time no hear. Have fun over there, stay safe. I heard on the news that the minute the Iraqis declare they've got a Constitution, al-Qaeda's going to set off dozens of suicide bombs to piss in their cornflakes and give the news people bad things to report.
Actually, they are NOT all soldiers. Marines are refered to as Marines Army as soldiers Navy as sailors Airforce were Airmen, what are they now airpeople or airpersons? Coast Guard as ? coasties? And Cinci, be safe, and watch where u step in the shower. |

Cincy, its good to see you post. It has been a while since I've seen one of yours.
Is there anything you need/can't get easily that we could send over? |
We can argue semantics all day. Doesnt mean much. sol·dier ( P ) Pronunciation Key (sljr) n. One who serves in an army. An enlisted person or a noncommissioned officer. Everyone in the US Military is a "soldier". |
Marines are most certainly NOT soldiers. Marines are "Marines."
IF you ever need anything over in the BIAP area, drop me a line

Let us Know If you need anything in particular. Coming from a Soldier, Marines are Marines, they've earned thier title as have many. |
Army = Soldiers Navy = Sailors Marine = Marines Air Force = Airmen Thats how it is. Just because the media uses it to refer to all 4 doesn't mean that the media is not retarded |

I am an advisor to the Iraqi Intervention Force. We have a VERY small Bn Firm Base inside the city of Fallujah, and some Company bases, as well. All very isolated. Isolated from other Americans, that is. We have 10 Marines on a team. We're not at all isolated from the Iraqis. We eat, sleep and fight along side the Iraqi soldiers. Many missions a day. It's a blast. |
Regardless........always watch your back when working with the Iraqis. Trust no one 100% but the MARINES you serve with.

Great to hear from you, Cincinnatus - please make it back home safely, and thank you for your service....

Thank you for the information. Please keep safe and let us know what is going on from time to time. It would be nice to hear from someone there rather than the talking heads on TV. |

Couldn't say it better myself. Keep your head on a swivel and stay alert!! |

Big +1 |

"in AN army" not "in THE army" |

Tyman, Ex11b,
Is it too much to ask you not hijack Cin's thread? G |
h-hey Cincinnatus - get your life saved by a woman in uniform, yet?
Who are the fucknuts that turn a thread from one of our respected members posting from Iraq into a pissing match about definitions? Wish the man well and shut the fuck up.
Glad to hear from you Cinn, look forward to more arguements with ya. Stay safe. |
