How much of the new Boeing Dreamliner is made in the States?

[ARCHIVED THREAD] - How much of the new Boeing Dreamliner is made in the States?

Seems like Mitsubishi, Fuji, and Kawasaki are the big builders on this jet. What part did Boeing do.......put their name on it?

Just curious how much work the Americans did vs. the Japanese.

I was simply curious how much of the aircraft was made here. Seems like it does have much foreign build in it, but guess that's today's global economy.

The highest returns are in final assembly and systems integration. Boeing has been moving that way for years. Expect more of it.
