Police seek suspects in armed robberies

RALEIGH -- Police on Thursday asked for the public's help in identifying two armed robbery suspects who, officers think, entered check-cashing businesses, forced employees to lie on the floor and stole money.

Two armed robberies were committed Wednesday, and a third was committed Thursday, according to a news release from the Raleigh Police Department.

Police described Suspect 1 as about 6 feet 1 inch tall and weighing about 185 pounds. The man had shoulder-length hair in cornrows and wore diamond stud earrings in both ear lobes, police said.

Suspect 2 was described as being about 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighing about 180 pounds, police said. The man had very short hair and unshaven facial hair.

They go all the way to the back of the head and then drop down into little braids. I was thinking the same thing until I remember seeing an NCAA basketball player that had cornrows that dropped off into small braids that went to his shoulders.

ETA: I think the biggest problem with the description is that the only thing they couldn't change after reading this was their height and weight. They guy could shave his face and head and the other could undo his rows and take out his earrings.

That Boston pitcher, Bronson something has cornrows. He looks white but I believe he is from S.A. or Central America. I,ve seen several white guys with dreadlocks. Looks like shit, as the locks always look matted and dirty.
