thanks, where do politicians get off making thier own laws and not folloing the constition? Illegals get rights, guns get banned, regulated Im sure theres a bunch more

They get free healthcare, grants,home loans without a ss#, can be a felon and still do whatever they want. They can commit any crime they want and then just "blend" in with the rest of the illegals. They can speak their language and set up their own version of mexico right here and we have to put up with it.
What pisses me off most is what my grand parents had to endure just getting here and then to become a US citizen. These fuckers get a free ride.

THAT is where the problem is, and THAT is where it needs to be solved.

Our government socialist programs are the root of this issue. Remove the programs, and then there's a lot less reason for these folks to come here as well as all less things for them to abuse.

The supreme court has ruled, BTW, that the constitution applies to all breathing humans within the united states, citizens or not - thats why terribilists from Iraq are being held in Cuba, to avoid affording them constitutional rights.

Wrong-o according to the Supreme Court.

Besides, the Bill of Rights states "of the people" not of the "card carrying citizens".

Come on people, even citizen criminals are afforded contitutional protection - and thats the way it has to be in a decent and free society.

That DOESN'T mean they should be getting free healthcare, free school, free this and that - they should be arrested and deported and the border should be secured.

They have fewer rights than us, but Socialists in the USA want to justifiy their bloated budgets. So they sign up illegals for all sorts of "benefits" just to say that they are providing a "necessary and needed" service to the downtrodden members of humanity on US soil. Then the Socialists file for a larger budget for the upcoming year and our taxes go up. Illegals wouldn't be such a problem if they worked their way up on their own bootstraps. It's the Socialists who give them OUR money that's the real problem.
