Well, here's a submission for my first dinner pic... Ribs smoked 5 hours over hickory with Texas Pepper Jelly, beans with jalapeno's and Crown to get it all down.

Can I make a suggestion? Have you ever tried putting a little of the Crown Royal in the beans during cooking?
On my yearly Canadian fishing trip, I always throw a bunch of stuff in the beans. I don't have any fixed recipe. We have been adding a little Crown Royal or Jack Daniels. Let it cook to get the alcohol out and it tastes great!
