what you can do is to find the file in your temporary internet files, and convert it from .swf to .avi (free programs available, google convert .swf), then use a host like putfile and upload it so you can link directly to the video. i am pretty sure that since it is a macro flash video hosted by fox that you cannot link directly to the video itself on the fox server.
of course, there may be an easier way, but this is the only way I know. |
