I agree MM, I think the part of it that I like is the intense sweetness of the cheesecake, then the bitterness of good coffee to cleanse the pallette...

Ever try coffee and ice cream? Now that's contrast! The sweet-cold washed down with the hot is quite an experience to behold. |

Cheese cake is too rich(for us older folks with slower metabolisms, read too fattening) to eat on a regular basis. But is it good.
