So my dad got this new job here in Dallas, and he starts tomorrow. Well one of the things that he has to do on his first day is take a test about the management structure of the company, their business partners, their different locations and what each location does. Have any of you ever heard of this? I've had alot of jobs (I'm an IT Contractor) and I've never heard of this before. Not only have I never had to do this, but I've never heard of anyone else who has either. If you ask me, it's a bit much to expect out of someone on their first day. He's not complaining, but he is studying for it right now (which means that I can't watch TV). I just think it's kinda stupid.
