This magazine not only has a front page and article to go along with it, but on page 46 there is a blurb about how "...Port of New York Authority came to terms, gave the green light to the construction of the $525 million World Trade Center in Lower Manhattan."  

Another interesting note within the Whitman article states, "The FBI reports that 57% of the 9,850 homicides in the U.S. last year were committed with firearms...".  Although the blurb is typical Time anti-gun crap, this is BEFORE most of the serious laws we have now were in affect.
