I know you have to have a FFL it order guns off the internet but my friends showed me this website
where you can order Blackpower pistols and rifles but you dont need a FFL.

Also you can order sholder stocks for pistols there too.

He uses this website to order his rifles to reinact civil war battles.

I want to know if this is legal because they are blackpower or if its illegal??

BP guns are "non guns".  Totaly legal IIRC.

It's legal, antique percussion or flintlock firearms or copies of them are not considered firearms under 1968 gun control act. Some modern muzzleloaders with in line ignition require an ffl unless they changed that, I haven't kept up with it.
