After our bi-weekly SWAT training on Wed., the team got together for lunch at a local BBQ place. Somehow, the conversation turned to the ages of our members. The majority of the team are in their 30's, with a couple in the 40's. We have only one pup, who is 23.

Anyway, we have been talking about changing our patch for the past six months and would like to present to our Commander, a new idea for an insignia.

Can one (or more) of you sick geniuses produce for me, a handicap insignia (the typical guy in the wheelchair) with a lightning bolt through it, or something equally creative? This is going to be an obvious dig on our "old age".
