Large fry pan (large enough to lay the kielbasa flat - I'm assuming you have one the ring shaped ones), about 1/8" or a little more water in the bottom, maybe a dash of olive oil in it if you have some, not necessary if you don't. Simmer, mostly covered (lid sort of hanging back an inch or so, just so it's not completely covered) until done, turning once or twice in the 15 min you do this. The kielbasa will let you know when it's done, as it will start to split.
Because Kielbasa has a high water content, it can be successfully microwaved, though you have to have a microwave safe dish with vented lid. Poke the Kielbasa with a fork in a few places (pressure relief). about 5 min on high. If you hvae a high wattage oven, might want to use the 80% setting. Don't want an explosion.
