Daily. I had braces for what seemed like half my natural life. I hear the hot pink ones are the strongest, maybe you should try those.

i had bracers for 7 years, ya id laugh or something and rip them in half. i whent threw shitloads of those things.

the inside of my front lip looks like roast beef even to this day, like 4 years after ive had them.

My aunt got them when her kids did - she was in her late 30s at least. It was very cute to see all the tin grins.
I didn't have rubber bands, but I did have two sets of braces, two temporary retainers, and a permanent retainer.

I'm 32, and I just begged my orthodontist a few weeks ago to make me a retainer. Teeth are starting to shift some and it freaked me out. Btw, I'm the oldest person that still goes to my ortho. Every time I walk in, it's like walking into a midget factory. I'm older than all of them by about 20 years.

I had braces from the 6th grade until I think my sophomore or junior year of high school. I wore rubber bands for the last 2 or 3 of those years.
The rubber bands snapped in my mouth every once in a while, but not too often. It wasn't very fun though...

I had braces recently
I hated the rubber bands, actually I hated most everything about the braces. As far as the bands, I found that if I changed them several times a day, they didn't snap in my mouth as often. I am so glad I'm done! How much longer do you have? |

Oh god...well I already covered that with him. I told him my contract says that if I go over 30 months of treatment than I have to pay more. I've already paid my portion a long time ago. I told him I'm not paying more money so he better get it done by 30 months. |
