I took these pics yesterday from the I-90 bridge.
The show started out with a boeing 737 making a pass from the south of the i-90 bridge  Next came a 777, who made several passes  Flaps down, high aoa.  Then came fat albert, who made several passes. This picture gives you perspective. This is where im shooting from... I'm in a crowd full of people.  and finally the blues  here they are making a pass at the bridge from the north with the gear and arrester hook down.  not sure what this is called, but its super neat.  heres a neat pic from the south of water vapor on the leading edge of the plane  Heres two of the 1-4 group   A few of solos setting up for a highspeed pass   I think this is the number 2 plane blasting the shit out of our eardrums  kbai!!

 Honestly, Those are some great pic's you took there Jr.  My son really like'd looking at the pic's of the blues.

Damn it, I miss SeaFair. I don't miss the bridges being closed, but I miss SeaFair
 My WA CPL expires in May of next year.. I'm going to renew as a resident if it kills me getting there. |

canon 350d with an 80-200 2.8L, the planes got REALLY close which helps a lot more than the lens and camera

That's what I get for posting at work and trying to hit the "submit" button 'fore the boss walks in! So they never raised the old bridge? It went down just a couple weeks/months before I left Seattle for good; never heard the rest of the story. Great pics again! Merlin |
