Just curious. I woke up at 6:45am this morning, which is 45 minutes later than usual.

Funny how your body clock works.

During the week, alarm is set for 5am.  If I sleep that late, I'm up between 5 or 5:20.  Lately I've had trouble sleeping and have been waking up on my own from 3:30-4:30.  Weekends we sleep in, which usually means 6 or 6:30.  Sick this week, I slept until the unheard of late hour of 9am this morning.

Usually about  5:55 AM.

Up at 5 am.  Home by 6-7 pm, or later.
Weekends:  half up by 5 am, half up by 630

I can't recommend it.

The best answer is "it depends."

On weekdays when I have college, I have been getting up between 05:00-06:30.

On weekdays with no school, I get up between 08:00 and 10:00.

Weekends-Saturday it depends, if we're going to do something maybe around 08:00.  If not, still around 08:00.

Sunday I get up early, around 06:00-07:00.

About 1 in the afternoon lately. I need to get my schedule straightened out. Going to bed in the morning and waking in the afternoon pretty much leaves you feeling like crap no matter how much sleep you get.

I get up when ever I wake up also. Usually around 9 AM

What gets me is if I have an appointment or anything to do in the morning, I can't sleep at all the night before.
