I've been working on a new banner for ARFCOM with Microsoft GIF Animator. For some reason, even though I have the order of the pics properly they are scrambled. I found a place where it says: Soild or Random and picked Solid but still scrambled but consistant in the scrambled order:

scrap the drop shadow and make it a little bigger too if you can. the banner's not quite "standard" size, i assume that's what you're looking for.
+1 on different software. imageready works pretty good. |
