Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Original Digital Camo? Anyone else remember the vehicle Digicam used by the 2nd ACR?

I was reading up on digicam patterns when I came upon THIS.  It confirms what I suspected - that the camo I saw on 2nd ACR vehicles in the early '80s was the first use of digicam.  IIRC, 2ACR vehicles use the standard pattern composed of 2" squares.

I remember this, and have used this to respond to the certain element that's continually screaming "Army copycats!!!"
