there is an island for sale down in GA i believe. my G/F is looking for timber property and she came across it. It was like 35 acres or something. That would be sweet.

Yeah, I would've expected a lot more. 899,000 will buy you a house only slightly larger than that with close neighbors in a decent area, here.
I would looove to live in a place like that. |

That's the other issue. The "association" might be one of those lovely iterations of The Enemy called the Homeowners Association. |

if someone can afford to buy that house, the last thing they have to worry about is some "homeowners asscociation" telling them their yard needs mowing, or they have crabgrass, the sidewalk is dirty etc...........people that buy houses like that have a maintenace crew that come by everyother day to maintain the property.........you don't think for one minute that people that buy houses like that, do their own yard work, do you? |

I do. I was talking about if someone were to use that land to (cough) sling lead around(cough) Yeah-I've looked at the gas mileage of Bentley's and thought that those people don't care about gas mileage. |
