I saw (did not have time to read) in the USA Today that several state are preparing laws in response to the SCOUS ruling on ED. (As I understand, the SC said it was a state issue not federal)

Does anyone have anymore info on this, or know how the proposed laws will affect the issue?

The SC has left it up to the states to deal with more than federal court.  Several states are taking action in protecting people that own land and property.

Mississippi is not one of those and we are in a heated battle right now with the state over about 1000 acres of land in Columbus MS.
