O2 sensor would be a good, and presumably fairly cheap, start.
Might also consider the PCV valve. Like you, I'd think that the injectors would would show a different code. |

I believe the code is 174. BTW, it what way would the PCV cause the ECM to see a lean cond. and only on one bank? Not being sarcastic just trying to learn.
