I live in the state of insanity but I've been to the state of unconsiousness and frustation many times. I'm trying to find the state of bliss but I'm not really sure where it is.

Alaska

I have spent at least a day in all of the states except those two.  I may have driven through Connecticut once, but did not stop to sight see, as I recall.

Only missed 1 so far: Tennessee.  I don't count sitting in an airport as being in the state, otherwise I may have been in Tennessee at one point too.

I have been in every Canadian province, except technically the new one (Nunavet - but I was there when it was still NWT).

I've been to every one EXCEPT Alaska, Hawaii, and North Dakota.  I'm pretty sure I'll check Hawaii off the list at some point, but it's not likely that I'll ever go to Alaska and now that I'm not in the Air Force anymore (exited in 1989) there is a zero percent chance I'll ever visit North Dakota.

All 50. Between my traveling as a kid (AF & Summer vacations), then did my .mil with a couple years of OTR truck driving.

O beautiful for spacious skies,
For amber waves of grain,
For purple mountain majesties
Above the fruited plain!
America! America!
God shed his grace on thee
And crown thy good with brotherhood
From sea to shining sea!

If you havent done it, might I suggest seeing our great and beautiful nation. I 90 to I 95 to I 10 to I 5 back to I 90.

Then dont forget I 80, I 70, I 15, I 35, I 65 & I 75.

You will see every climate, terrain, types of people and just sheer beauty that words cant do it justice. What a country we are blessed with.
