real thing to do would be neighbor hood foot patrols, 3-4 people per group all with flashlights and openly carried guns. at least 1 couple million candle power spotlight

What is 'National Night Out' ?
I have never heard of it. Is this one of those 'take back the night' things, where residents of shitty neighborhoods all get together and walk down some main street and pretend as if they would survive 10 minutes on the same street alone? I saw some banner for something like that in a city once.....but I dont live in or near a city. Hell, we walk outside several nights a week
