Depends.
Burgers = ordinary yellow. Bratwurst = spicy brown. Pastrami = stone ground. Grilled chicken = honey mustard. |

Hmm, I'm a bit a mustard fanatic, I probably have about 5 different mustards in my fridge...depends on what I'm putting it on.
I do have a really good wasabi mustard...really clears the sinuses! |

Pretty much anything BUT that nasty yellow stuff. There is nothing mustard like about that junk, notwithstanding the name.
for everyday use it's the Grey Poup, or the Gulden's. |

Heinz Yellow Mustard.
I do have a good selection of brown mustards for use on pretzels and in vinaigrettes. I haven't had any dijon in forever. I've been meaning to get a jar of Grey Poupon to use on ham sandwiches. |
