Google's new toolbar has a wonderful spell checker that works on any website/web page including AR15.com.
I highly recommend it.  Link To Free Download Here #1 - Press the spellcheck button. #2 - Get the correct spelling from the drop down choices. Simple and it makes you look smart!

I don't know about the firefox bashers, but after switching to open-source apps, I'll NEVER go back! It kinda makes me want to switch to Linux. And good find w/ the google toolbar!

I dont use IE persay. I use Maxton which uses the IE engine/shell..... I get NO spyware, NO viri and NO pop-ups........
I have FF 2 tries and thought it was crap. didnt have a good "feel" to it and was slow. But its a technology world, what works for some doesnt work for others. |

I can spell, I jest cant type.
My most common typing error is "the" when I want "they". How's your spell checker fix that one, smart guy? Not to mention the technical difficulties sometimes encountered when trying to use such features on a 56K connection. |

I'm using SpellBound with Firefox 1.0.6.
Works like a charm (just right click and select "Check Spelling"). I pitty the poor SOB's that are still dealing with Internet Exploder.

I have been using "IE Spell" for a year or so. I think it's much easier and faster to use than the Google spelling tool. I downloaded the Google version last week and tried it for a day and hated it compared to IE Spell. IE Spell looks and works exactly like Outlook Email Spell Check.

Who here has been spelling with pics? Most people use letters to spell. I haven't seen many pict-o-gram, or hieroglyphic posts................ Guy starts thread, running down other people's spelling. He needs to find a grammar checker. |
