Okay, my link died. My bad.
Hooray for Calvin & Hobbes! Tag, too... |
Those are some of the earlier cartoons. Its too bad Watterson stopped the series, as it has always been my favorite comic!
if you are going to keep posting strips, I gotta tag this thread.

Linky: Complete Calvin and Hobbes
Some of the images aren't the best, but the stfunoob link is el deado. Sheep |
I HAVE to find the one where Calvin is talking to the principal and has the toy airplane is talking about "leaving all you losers behind".....

Yep! The Hammer is one of my favorites. Probably because of the basic truth to it. Also is where he trapped Hobbes with a snare and a tuna sandwich. "We're stupid like that." |
I'll wade through the HD and see if I can find it. If not, Im sure it's contained in the link I posted. Sheep |

Those of you who are Calvin and Hobbes fans might enjoy "Frazz"
In fact, the strips seem so much alike that I wonder if Bill Watterson doesn't actually pen Frazz. |
Looking to razz the guys in the AZHTF? |

+2 Trazillion!! |

Best comic every, and often my desktop background other than tanks or aircraft.
A friend of mine a few years ago from Brazil was surprised to see C&H in the paper, as he thought Calvin was a Brazilian strip. Kinda like "for Better or Worse." I thought that was a US strip until they started talking about "Canada Poste." Them Canucks are everywhere, it seems. |
The snowman ones were always my favorite. I love the strip where Calvin makes an entire line of snowmen saluting his father up the walkway.
I think the snowman series was the best bunch ever.
I'm especially fond of the snowdog lifting his leg to the fire hydrant. I've been wanting to build one ever since I've seen that cartoon. Just never get enough snow. |
My Dad left my son a C&H book, which I just picked up the other day. I had forgotten how great those two are!. We have been reading 2-3 strips a night, before bed. I am not sure this is wise, as I may regret it later! My 6 yr old and Calvin well, they would be buddies for sure. Thanks for the laffs with my coffee. DaddyDett |

I loved The Far Side, too.
The author though has been pretty adamant about pursuing people that put his cartoons on the internet: This is the email posted on Reto Portmann's website, which spurred Portmann, a fan, to remove the comics from his webpage. www.portmann.com/farside/
This is seriously making me forget about The Far Side altogether, since I can't just jump online and get a dose of it when I want. It's not like I hadn't seen most if not all of them, and I even own most of the books. It's just easier to look online. |

Once again, How could I forget "Get Fuzzy" too? As a pet owner, it's freakin' hilarious. Fuzzy and Satchel's personalities are perfect to a "T". R |

My favorite is the one were he made it look like the car hit one of them |
