Mine is $35 a year, plus 4 hours of clean up, building, bar tending a year. If you can't give four hours then it is an extra $20 a year.

Goes from $100/year with no range work to over $600.
I unfortunately don't go as often as I'd like (ideally a minimum of twice a month) so I haven't been able to justify the cost. |

No work. No hours. No rangemaster. Full Auto ok. 50 BMG ok. Tactical drills ok. Limited guests ok. I've never seen / heard anyone playing with tannerite out there but I guess it's ok. |

I think last year it was $30-35 per year and $4 per visit. Indoor range with 20 or 25 yard pistol (not sure which), 30 yard rifle, and 10 yard air gun.
I haven't renewed yet since it expired in May but I think it went up a little. |

$100 initiation fee for first year, +$80 for that year/every year afterwards. You also have to do 18 hours of service to the club per year for the first 20 years of membership.

I pay $50 CDN a year for my range, it goes out to 700 meters (they are tacking on another 200 this year) for rifle, has three pistol ranges, all covered with bences, and it has 3 electric launchers in the skeet field. I also get free shooting at an indoor range on Tuesday nights (pistol and rifle, but not BMG, anythign smaller than that) the indoor range is not even 10 minutes away from my home, the outdoor range is an hour away, but is the best in the area.
The other ranges in town are all around $80CDN to $300CDN, depending on where they are who owns them and the like (the other indoor range charges $300 a year, you cannot shoot your own ammunition even in your guns, and no .22) the $80CDN range is an outdoor range, about 30 minutes away, but only goes to 300 meters, Hell, i shoot that far with my .22s and BP weapons, I want more range for the fun toys ike Garands and whatnot, and what is an extra 30 minutes of driving for a weekend of shooting? (Did I forget to mention the free camping at the $50 range? and the lack of neightbours to compalin when we shoot 33lb propane tanks  )

if you are looking into FOP or ATI
both have public use rates that don't require membership. if you don't shoot often it might be a better option. as for me.... join FOP <much better facility> pay the public range fee for the occasional shoot at ati on your lunch break. mike |

I've found a nice little Oklahoma Public Lands range, just north of Pawnee Oklahoma, located on the northwest side of Pawnee Lake. Nothing but an old concrete picnic table and a high berm, but the price is right, it's uncrowded, quite and the natives seem friendly. It's about a 25 minute drive, from where I live in Stillwater . |

Fall Creek Valley Conservation Club in Indiana.

$20 per year per family. It's a four position 100 yd range owned by the city. Not great but ok untill a week before hunting season.
eta You can shoot anything that your man enough to drag up there. I like it because I can shoot my cannon. |

Golden Triangle Gun Club is $50 per year, 10 minutes from my home.
Orange Gun Club is $75 per year, 30 minutes from home. Both are the type where you let yourself in with a combination and there are no range officers on duty. We are often the only ones there. I have just about the best set-up you can have without living on your own range in the boonies.

There is an indoor range down the road from my house that charges $180 for the first year membership and $100 for any year after that for membership. It’s a decent place to shoot I guess. No rapid fire or double taps or anything like that though.

$30 plus work at the Itasca Gun Range. But, I don't even live there. We live in TN but it's my wife's hometown and we visit once a year. Very nice, clean range because Minnesotans are VERY well behaved.

Open 24/7. Outside. 7, 25, 50, 100, 200, 220, 300, 340yd berms. It's messy as hell, I think I'm the only one that cleans up out there.  Great place to shoot though. TC |

No clean up hours (but police yourself when you leave) Shoot anything you want but Full Auto. Hours, 8-Dusk anyday but Sunday which is 1-6. No rangemaster, just you and the dirt hill your shooting into. 50 yard, 100 yard, and 150 & 200 if you walk it off into the open field that stands behind it. You're issued you own key to let yourself in as you wish. |

It is $60.00 per year. Shoot anything you got, no bullshit, no rangemaster, no rules and no people(very few). The bugs are free, but if you pop a Moose, Bear or Caribou on a stroll across the range it will cost more (much much more) unless season is open for the wacked critter.
