I agree, looks like a must read.
I can't believe how pathetically desperate the anti's have become that they take that idiot Bellesiles book as gospel. That book has been trashed as total BS by serious historical scholars on both sides of the issue. When asked to produce his research Bellesiles claims he "lost" it in a flood (or his dog ate it). The book is filled with made up stats and lies and yet this is the 2nd time this week I've seen some dimwitted anti refer to it, unbelievable.

you can also get it at www.worldnetdaily.com.  i haven't shopped anywhere else for it so i don't know about price comparisons, but it's worth a shot if  you can get it cheaper.  besides, they're pretty pro-freedom/rights/etc.  i'd buy from them just to support them.

Thanks ARLady, I had no idea you could buy from worldnetdaily. It is a bit more than amazon, but it is good to order and help support them. http://www.dxmarket.com/worldnetdaily/products/B0123.html

Sorry to bring up an old topic..

I finished this book last night.  It's a fairly quick read.  Pretty well written, but it's not going to convince the anti-gun zealots, but might help with your fence sitting friends a bit.  Recent and up to date material since it was published earlier this year.
There is an almost prophetic blurb about terrorism in there that scares me to think about after reading.

Anyway, decent book, read it if you get a chance.
