A friend of mine snapped these pics while he was stationed in Bosnia. Can anyone identify the vehicle and provide and information or specifications about it? Thanks.

How about this?

Its a Shorland Armoured Patrol Vehicle(APV).  Compared to the VBL, its maximum armor is 8.25mm, top speed identical at 95km/h (~55mph), no NBC system, but mounts a 360 degree rotating turret, which uses the 1919A4 Browning machine gun.  So it actually has a usable turret.  These can be had for under $15k, and can be easily made street-legal.  [uzi]

Boomer,

There is one of those, or a darn close lookalike, at the FT Lewis Museum. It's with the prototypes for the Hummer and the other cool buggies from the High Tech Test Bed (HTTB) days with the 9th Division. Cool tish down there.
