I have been following the Klamath Falls farmers'plight for a while now. The federal government has cut off their irrigation water in favor of a sucker fish which would not have a lake to exist in, to begin with, if it were not for the irrigation system. We need to help these 1400 families!!! Please read and sign this petition:

Some of you may recognize the author as being the same man who authored the Modern Declaration of Liberty, and the Use of Force in Defence of Liberty petitions, that have made the rounds here and on other forums.

All,

As most of you know, I rarely send out a "bulk", "all points" email to my enitre email list. But, there is a travesty and atrocity going on in the western portion of the United States that all of you should be made aware of.

Right now, in the Klamath Basin of Oregon, the Federal Government has mandated that over fourteen hundred farming families not get ANY irrigation water. These families depend on that water for their very livelihood and way of life. They are American food growers with a tradition that extends back to the founding of this nation. They also have the water rights to this irrigation water.

But, the Department of Agriculture, in a frivolous effort to supposedly protect the sucker fish now residing in the lake that was built for the purpose of irrigation, has mandated to the Bureau of Reclamation that the people should get no water in favor of the fish. Folks the sucker fish will survive in any case, this is not about sucker fish ... it is about control.

It cannot be allowed to stand. Please read and sign the following petition:

These farmers have very little time. Time is of the essence. We need hundreds of thousands of signatures ASAP so we can cause the government to back down and redress this outrageous travesty.

We'll get there, have faith! This is the first day. These things usually do not gain momentum until they are a few days old.

Folks, I thank everyone who has signed this. This may only be affecting 1400 families right now, but if the feds get their way here, it will be another 1400 families next month, and the next, and the next....

We have to hault the march of the Federal and U.N. landgrabbing monster, right here, and right now! Send a link to this petition to everyone you know and have them do the same! We need 100,000 signatures by week's end to show them that we're serious, that we will not let our countrymen be rolled over anymore.

They got away with killing the Weavers, and the victims at Waco, but we're not going to let them run roughshod anymore. We ARE watching, and we will cut short the careers of all politicians that advocate such atrocities!

Rush will be discussing this tomorrow, and hopefully we'll see the influx of signatures that we need, as a result. Also Hannity and Colmes will do something about it tonight.

We have e-mailed and faxed Rush, Hannity, and even Dr. Laura. Hopefully these people will mention this petition.
