I have a short blurb on KFWB news on 7/6, that this service is down due to hardware problems. Microsoft wouldn't elaborate further, and said that they are working as fast as they can to restore the service.

THIS REALLY PISSES ME OFF....IT LET ME SIGN IN ON THURSDAY,BUT IT HAD WIPED OUT MY LIST OF NAMES. I HAD MAYBE 30 OR 40 PEOPLE ON IT...THANKS MICROSOFT!!!!
