I'm here on this forum very early in the morning because I was laying in bed thinking about the power of the AR-15. Not firepower, but a different kind. The power to unite thousands of people from all walks of life together. I am not a man of eloquent words, but some of you are. I'm fairly new here. I noticed a lot of trash talk. Big deal. But I noticed a lot of profound things coming from some very intelligent people too. We are all here together, united by the AR-15. I noticed if someone had a question about anything, an answer would arrive shortly. I like this place!

I'm sure I'm going to learn a lot, because of the AR-15! Where's that AR-15 icon? Oh well-

I think beer and boxer shorts are the common denominator here bud. You ain't seen the arguements on 1/7 vs 1/9, 16" vs. 20" Colt vs. all the others or just how much shit can you hang off an ar-15.

Uh, hate to break it to you but some of us don't have AR's.

In my defense I have to say that I didn't buy my first gun until August 2002 and being behind the lines in the Democrapic Peoples Repbublik of Calibanistan I could end up in jail for possessing such a fine piece of American craftsmanship as an AR-15.

Nonetheless I call this place home since I find that many share my views of the world and those that don't, for the most part, I can respect and learn from their alternate views.

Laugh, cry, learn, be pissed, be stunned by one post of sheer brilliance and insight while the next you click on should have a biohazard warning icon for lethal levels of Troll shit contained within it.

This place is one of a kind.

Actually I agree, it is nice having a forum for us 'gun nuts'! People ask all sorts of questions about anything life throws at them, and there are plenty of folks on here who have "been there done that."

Ok, I'll stop kissing all your asses now. Someone go get me a sammich!

Oh yea, welcome new meat. You will learn to like it around hers. Especially the members area. (hint). Alot of great people here. A few that are................. but all in all a good place to be.
