On day 2 of E3 I wore my Kalashnikitty shirt and I couldn't believe how many positive comments I got. Must have been 30 people said "Wow, cool shirt! Where'd you get that?" For most I just said "on the internet" but for the couple who really "got it" I said AR15.com. A couple of them even wanted their picture taken with me. And of course I went out of my way to get my picture taken with the shirt, with some booth babes, for your enjoyment. Pardon my massive gut.

Here are the Namco girls...

Here's a booth babe shot that turned out kinda artsy...total accident

Here's the animatronic wolf that prowled the Zelda play area (long lines for this--up to 4 hour wait!)

Here's a close-up of PS3 hardware and controller. This thing looks nasty. I hope they change this!

In general I don't have any news that you probably haven't read somewhere else. I did see one game for XBOX 360 called "The Outfit" that ARFCOMMERS would like. The gal demoing it described it as "If Saving Private Ryan were directed by Jerry Bruckhimer." Cool.

Edit: forgot to mention only ONE woman (working the Nintendo booth) went off on me: "Why does Hello Kitty have a GUN? Ewwwwww!"

Nah, in the Los Angeles convention center. They really make it over for E3.

Yes, I am huge--6'7" and just over 300 lbs right now.

I missed the opportunity to get a pic of the girls demoing the new Game Boy Micro--these girls were TINY. Not midgets, but about as close as you could get. They barely stood above my waist.

Maybe I'm old-fasioned but I'm a sucker for a pretty face over implants. To me the brunette on my left in the top pic was the prettiest girl at the show (and there were LOTS).

It's kind of ironic.  Electronics shows have the highest grade models but the customers are the biggest nerds (present comppany excepted of course).

And the nerds being completely unlikely to get any of the excellent ass parading around.

It's like God saying, "Look nerds, at the excellent butt cheeks.  You don't get any."

Back in my other life, I worked for a game company.. I have fond memories of going to E3 as an industry member. This was back when all the cool smaller companies were still around, Westwood, Origin, Bullfrog, Sierra/Dynamix, etc. Good times with those guys.

As cool as Kalashnikitty is, booth babes are paid to dig whatever you're wearing

I was there too, and thats how it looked all over the show floot, nothin' but tail.  I dont even go for the games anymoreA bunch of nerds that would otherwise never get that close to a chick, and won't again until next year

Do a google search and you will find a lot of pics of hot looking girls surrounded by nerds.

Pretty funny!

Look what we have here:

NERD (amused by big furry costume) -

GIRLS (not spreading for nerd) -

NERD (proudly   *snort*   displaying big check) -

NERDS and GIRL group photo -

How can I put this gently?

The girls would pose with a pile of rancid human intestines if the intestines signalled its desire somehow.

Also -

Ummm... women like that are not likely to be drawn to a T-shirt logo.

Let me clarify: the girls pictured did NOT ask to be photoed with be because of the t-shirt. Two ladies did during the day, but they were administrative types. Cute, but not booth babes (I don't have those pics as they took them with THEIR cameras).

Booth babes are paid to look pretty and pose with geeks all day. So Greywolf, as much as I appreciate the shirt, they would have posed with me if I were wearing an ALF shirt.

Edit: try a Google image search for "booth babes." Looks like most of them are from E3 2004, last year).

I didn't even SEE them until the last day. They had a tent out front and we always came in through the parking garage.
