Nothing special here just some basic chili Frito pie ! My own chili recipe served with Frito corn chips and cheese. I try to keep it tame so the wife and kids can eat it (add heat as required ).

Isnt that the hot sauce that says "One drop does it!" on it?
They lie... I was dipping hushpuppies in a cup of it in Alabama 3 days ago... Weak. Nice chili though  - BG EDIT: Damn, your thread made me hungry for chile and that there hot sauce

Sir, you need a bigger bowl. Also, you're using some sub-standard hot sauce. I've tried it before, too much vinegar, too little flavor.

Its pretty easy to put together with spices on hand, plus the ground beef. I drink beer but this particular night wasn't 'beer night'
The La Hot Sauce is middle of the road, but whatcha expect (a bottle that size is about what, maybe $1?) editted for spelling
