My bad.......just didn't go back far enough.  I guess it's just like mothballed aircraft.........is the cost of upgrade less than the cost of replacement/time to upgrade worth it. |

The knowledge gained from its sinking will help us develop carriers that are much better (more survivable) and it was getting old. |
