Those are made with substandard materials compared to a real gun. It would explode and likely severely injure you or kill you if you tried using one to fire a live round.

Hmm...just playing Devils' Advocate here...but, how is it that "Airsoft" is considered ghey, and these $700 cap guns are not?

They are legal because they don't shoot a projectile...they are, by definition, not firearms...just expensive noisemakers... |
