Well, part-time as a doc in Alternative Medicine the other part of the time, urban fantasy writer :)

And if I was RICH, wouldn't matter if the books would be "publish-able" or not, I could just buy a publishing company and voila! Book.

Why alternative medicine and do you write now?

Alternative medicine because that is what seems to be most effective, frankly, and the "current mainstream" Medicine of today seems to overlook their "founders" directive, Hippocrates, (whose Oath doctors and physicians worldwide still take to this day) in his time both PRACTICED and TAUGHT nutritional medicine. (That would be where I'd "concentrate" ;) He said: "Let food be our medicine, and medicine our food." And that approach is what has allowed me to regain 90% of my life 90% of the time. I have 3 years to go, ansd I SHOULD be "good to go", hopefully I can return to at least "part-time" work sometime this or next year.

And yes, I write now, but not "for a living" (yet). :/ I'm working on a FACTUAL book that basically contains everything I learned about MOST diseases, and their (pretty much natural/nutritional) cures. I thought I was going to name it: The Human Body: An Owner's Manual ... might still go w/that, but I'm toying w/other titles that pull Hippocrates' ideas into it. But that's just something I "have" to do. My "passion" is urban fantasy... vamps, bodyguards, psychics, elves, dragons, all in a "modern day" (alternate reality) setting. ;)

Hmmm. didn't think about THAT one... but I'd be MORE likely to create a "club/foundation" that REALLY went "after" EVERY gun law (starting w/the worst ones, and working the way down the LONG list) and getting our 2nd Rights BACK! Kinda like the NRA with SERIOUS balls, no BS "comprimising away" ttidbits of rights.... go for the jugular!

Not a "would make me happy" kind of thing....(previously mentioned would) but it would involve a LOT of "satisfaction".

I would run a whore house - just for the fun of it.    no wait, I'd rent A WHORE house - running it is too much work.

I would screw, sleep fish, hunt, plant roses and have about 3 or 4 girlfriends besides my lovely wife.

What else is there in life?  Oh yeah, for sure I would SINCERELY go to church, try to help folks that need help (not the lazy one's, but rather, the sick, weak or old)   I would make old folks smile.  Then go back to that whore house and do some smiling of my own.
'
Screw, eat, take naps, hunt, fish, Go to church, help old people, the screw some more.... ahhhh perfect life.

I would devote my time and efforts to building charities to meet people's needs.

The whole point of living is to be in service to others.

If I had a whole heck of a lot of money.

I would put in orbit an array of space telescopes, large enough so we could see visible light from the planets we are discovering around other stars.

I would then sit in a room with a huge projector and analyse the pictures.  And of course publish them for the world to see.

Kinda a form of volunteer work.
