first.
take the pic and load onto your computer then go here and create an account. photobucket.com Then wait 2 minutes and check you email for your password Then go to that site and upload the pic from your computer. Then your pic will show up as a thumbnail on that page. click on the third box with the funny letters inside, it is marked "img" copy all those funny numbers and post them in here...like this

Set up a free account on www.photobucket.com , upload the picture into your album, then copy the URL that has the image tags around it. When making your post, paste the URL in and your picture will show up auotmatically.
Make sure the picture is a JPG before you upload it, so it won't be too big. EDIT---Sarge beat me by 9 seconds.
