Okay... I'm at work here.
We have a radio system. Very modern and full of features most of which we don't need or use.
Today it's really getting on my nerves that too many staff can't seem to grasp basic radio-talkin' skills.
If they're not stepping all over eachothers transmissions they're not keying before they start babbling or they let go of the mic before they're done speaking... Thus you only get half a message...
Then there's the ones who have to yell into their radio... Like it helps you hear 'em.
Usually the yellers sound like they're in a panic.... Calling for help.
Oh... and how 'bout the ones who engage in the unsolicited "radio check" 20x a day.
I think if this continues... My next transmission will be something like:

"CONTROL TO ALL AREAS..... HOW "BOUT A BIG WARM CUP OF STFU"
