Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - ? about the NICS info being Destroyed after 1 day

Hey guys I know Ashcroft is making the NICS info only available for one day and then its destroyed but when will this start actually start happening? Will it take 30 days to implement or is it instantly done when he ordered it to be done? Or is it being held up in court by the anti's? Any info you could give me on this would be great. Thanks again guys

Earliest it could start is after the Public Comment period, 60 days.  Obviously, the legal challenge could screw this up for an indefinite period, if the lawsuit is not dismissed summarily.
