I can honestly say I have a new Favorite Rifle.
Yes, The Cav15.

The longer stock and the Ergonomic Grip fit me much better than a standard setup.

Another very nice feature is the Flared Mag well.
Mags feed right into place.

This Stock\Receiver assembly is absolutely rock solid. It is beefier in many areas but it's lighter.

Rec., stock and grip are all square with no discernable flex when pulling back or twisting.

And actually balances nicely with the 24"upper,
the longer stock adds leverage.
I have three other Uppers (FN,ASA,and the LEGP) and they all fit snugly with no lateral movement. (actually it balances nicely with my 20"&16" uppers as well)
All pins appear to be snug also. Nice to see.

After shooting the LEGP and Cav15 side by side,
I am extremely pleased with both. [:D][:D][:D][:D]

Thank you GarryOwen, the Cav15 is a superior product.

And I appreciate the customer service you have given me.

Anyone who might be looking for a quality rifle,

Look no further.

The **Cav15** is just that.

Order yours today!!! [:)][:)] [:D][:D]

At least go take a look at www.cavalryarms.com

GarryOwen has lot's to offer. And I believe his lead time is much less than other Quality handbuilt rifles.
Give him a call for specifics.

Thanks again G.O.

Currently I love my .308 Ishapore SMLE. I have lots more expensive guns, but this is my favorite right now.

CavArms is making IMO the most innovative AR rifle on the market.
It's nice to see modern materials incorporated into firearms in the 21st century, and Cavalry Arms does a damn fine job.
SUPERcool product. I own one.

But now i'm kinda pissed.....
See, I wanted to mount a 24" HBAR on my Cav lower, but instead, I went with a 20" FT.
Some horrible, wretched bastard AR15.com'er told me that CAV reciever wouldn't hold up with a 24" fat-boy upper.
Of course, I have since found this out to be total bullshit.
Now I see you have a 24" Cav AR.. I think Treetop has a 24" CAV too.
And i'm stuck with a stupid ass 20" when I wanted a 24"; all because of misinformation.
[:(]

Whoever gave me that info....You know who you are.

Just remember McUzi....

It's not the size that matters. [;)]

Actually I think that it works best
with the 20 &24 inch tubes due to the longer stock.

For me anyhow.

Thanks for your .02 McU

Had any watermellon lately?  [;)]

Garandman I'm glad you asked that question.

That's my new hi tech hi speed ultra tac fore grip.
Its got finger holes for a better grip.
It's got a 270 degree radius weaver rail for mounting accessories.

Best of all it was easily attached with velcro tape.
